I like the texture in the background, and the composition is nice. Good work on the lettering too.

Not to be nitpicky, and there's really nothing you can do to change this now, but the linear work on the body needs... well, for the lack of a better word, work. I think adding in the line from the breast, thigh, and belly (on the other side of the arm) is overworking it too much, when all the rest of the piece is very simple, the quality I like best about this piece. I think the shading in the body detracts from the piece itself. It tries to make it more complicated than it really is, and rather than aiding to the stylistic quality of this work, makes it seem like it's trying to be turned into something it's not.

I think the mane of curls is very well done, the fabric in the hair a nice touch. The blue with the orange is a nice contrast. I think this type of work is more up your alley. Art Nouveau anyone?

Oh! You know what? I DID enhance the linework for the black and white version, but I forgot to do that for the color! Oops.
